Co-Founder & President

As Co-Founder and President of Legion Property Holdings & Management Ltd., Saddia Tombran drives the company’s vision and strategic operations. With over a decade of experience in human resources, team development, and relationship management, Saddia ensures that Legion’s processes, property acquisitions, and rental operations align seamlessly with financial goals and deliver exceptional client value.

Saddia is dedicated to fostering strong, professional relationships with tenants, investors, and stakeholders, creating an environment that responds adeptly to industry demands. Currently pursuing a Global MBA from Macquarie University, she brings cutting-edge insights to Legion, continuously elevating the company’s adaptability and leadership within the property management sector.

Under Saddia’s leadership, Legion Property Holdings is positioned to navigate the complex and competitive real estate landscape with agility and purpose, delivering exceptional value and adaptability to both clients and stakeholders.

Joshua Tombran

Co-Founder & Vice-President

With five years of specialized experience in property management and real estate, Joshua is an integral part of Legion Property Holdings & Management Ltd., where he leads daily operations with precision and a commitment to excellence. In his role, Joshua handles strategic planning, financial management, property acquisitions, and tenant relations, ensuring each property meets the highest standards to maximize tenant satisfaction and financial performance.

Beyond operations, Joshua oversees the company’s legal responsibilities, managing Landlord and Tenant Board matters, civil court cases, and other essential legal affairs. Currently pursuing a Global MBA from Macquarie University, along with a Bachelor of Laws at the University of London, Joshua is expanding his expertise to sharpen his strategic and operational insight. His academic achievements also include diplomas in Marketing and Business Administration, as well as a certificate in Digital Marketing from McMaster University.

Looking forward, Joshua aims to further his legal knowledge with an LL.M., positioning him to navigate and manage the complex legal dimensions of property management with even greater skill.
