Saddia Tombran

President

As President of Legion Property Holdings & Management Ltd., Saddia Tombran leads the company’s strategic direction and organizational growth with vision, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With more than a decade of experience in human resources, team leadership, and relationship management, she ensures that Legion’s operations, property acquisitions, and client services align seamlessly with long-term financial and operational objectives.

Saddia’s leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and results-driven performance. She is deeply committed to cultivating strong relationships with tenants, investors, and strategic partners, fostering a professional environment defined by transparency, responsiveness, and integrity.

Currently pursuing her Global Master of Business Administration (GMBA) with Macquarie University, Saddia integrates advanced management principles and global business insights into Legion’s evolving operational framework. Her academic advancement and strategic mindset continue to enhance the company’s adaptability, resilience, and market competitiveness within the property management and real estate sectors.

Joshua Tombran, MBA

Vice-President

As Vice President of Legion Property Holdings & Management Ltd., Joshua Tombran brings over five years of specialized experience in property management, real estate investment, and corporate operations. He oversees the firm’s strategic direction and daily management with a results driven focus on operational excellence, asset optimization, and tenant satisfaction.

Joshua’s portfolio of responsibilities includes financial oversight, property acquisitions, and organizational strategy, ensuring that each asset within the company’s holdings achieves maximum performance and long term value growth. His disciplined leadership and analytical acumen continue to advance Legion’s reputation as a trusted property management enterprise in Ontario.

In addition to his executive duties, Joshua manages the company’s regulatory affairs in Landlord and Tenant Board proceedings, civil litigation, and other statutory matters. His pursuit of legal studies contributes to Legion’s growing strength in compliance oversight, governance structure, and informed conflict management

Joshua holds a Global Master of Business Administration (GMBA) from Macquarie University and is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with the University of London. He also holds diplomas in Marketing along with a Certificate in Digital Marketing from McMaster University. Looking ahead, Joshua intends to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) to further strengthen his legal expertise in the field of real estate and corporate governance.
