Legion Property Holdings & Management Ltd. may utilize the information in your Rental Application to establish the credit, character, employment, and rental history of all parties listed on the application. We will conduct a thorough background check and credit check on all parties listed on the application. Completing a Rental Application does NOT constitute an agreement to rent and all applications must be approved before a written Tenancy Agreement is established. By submitting your Rental Application, you and all parties listed on the application authorize Legion Property Holdings & Management Ltd. the right to verify the provided information in the application and all parties declare that all statements provided are true and correct. If any false or misleading information is discovered, Legion Property Holdings & Management Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your application and/or any agreement entered into in reliance on any misstatements.
